Episode wasn't any more gory than any vampire or other horror movie. What disappointed me were the plot holes in the story. No background into this cult they were involved with, and what happened to Olivia? When Juliet found her sister alive, it wasn't clear what happened after that. Overall, not the worst episode I've seen, but by far not the best.
