I've seen this animation back in 2000 by mistake and turned out to be one of the best things I have ever seen! It has zero artistic value but everything, from characters to music, animation etc, is sooo hilarious that you can't stop laughing!
I recommend it to anyone who loves bizzare humor and cult, sick-childish atmosphere !
