SANTA CLAUS VERSUS THE ZOMBIES is a truly terrible indie comedy in which Santa and his elves visit a family at Yuletide only to find themselves besieged during a zombie outbreak. This shot-on-video trash looks like it was filmed in someone's garage and plods along with a deeply unfunny, cringe-worthy family gathering for the most part with the lamest jokes ever. After an hour of this excruciating material, some zombies show up and are shot at with a silly multi-barrel gun. There's a real inertia here in terms of pacing and the bad acting from both a bunch of soldier goons and the zombies themselves really takes the biscuit.
