This movie is a twisted piece of garbage. It takes place at Coney Island where everyone works. Despite great performances from Kate Winslet, Jim Belushi,and Juno Temple, there is no point or redeeming value in this film. Just a bunch of muddled garbage. Not intelligent at all. SPOILER ALERT. Ginny(Kate), has an affair with Mickey(Justin) despite being married to Humpty(Jim). She's had affairs in the past she regrets and now has a brat kid that sets fires. Carolina(Juno), is Humpty's daughter. She shows up at Humpty's house after a five year absence because she ran away with a mobster and broke her fathers heart. Now the Mob is looking for her. Mikey also like Carolina but does not have an affair with her. Of course Ginny finds out and is jealous. The mob eventually shows up. Ginny has a chance to save Carolina but hangs up the phone rather than warn her. The mob wipes out Carolina. Mikey finds out what Ginny did. He leaves. Humpty gets drunk and fights with Ginny. He apologizes and says he can't live with her. Ginny is stuck again. End of Garbage. What's the point?
