Warning: Spoilers
With the exception of last season, all of the shows with the Halloween theme are eerie, spooky and inevitably not good. This one played right into the not very good one.

With all kinds of theories of evil being discussed, one easily loses track of what is occurring. Imagine, a girl being maimed years ago on Halloween night, she plans to show what happened to her with an innocent young girl. The former's face was beyond disfigured.

The woman accused of killing the serial killer is now working with 5-O on this case. We all know that Steve pulled strings to get her the 18 month probation sentence.

Lou's visit to Florida to see a convict go to the chair for murder was less than exciting. The guy had proof the Maxwell, Lou's former Chicago partner, had killed his wife.

Is this series anti-death penalty. After the electric shocks, the guy was still alive? Is this to provoke sympathy for being against the death plan? Let's remember that the guy was a killer and got exactly what he deserved.
