This could have been better.
Pacific blue:
When the police can't help out as much as they can they have the beach/boardwalk patrol in Santa Monica(for the show).
The episode opens with a criminal running usually like other cop/police shows and a officer is in en route to the situation.
To me this episode could have been better i have an interest in the show and some other episodes(the later ones i guess) but this episode could have been better.
I will say that this episode has a good plot i will say that.
