On the way to an amusement park the Griffins break down, and have no choice but to spend a weekend in Amish Country. All struggle with the basic surroundings, except Meg, who falls for Eli, a young lad who reciprocates. Unfortunately Eli's father forbids the relationship, only Peter can speak on behalf of Meg...
I enjoyed this one, some good laughs, and humour which seems to hark back to the old days of the show, Peter's on great form, oblivious to all criticisms of him. Nice to see a closer bond between Meg and family, for once she's not the butt of the jokes.
