I like this show because the mixture of young energy and playfulness with the horror aspect of it.
In regard to the cast: Amy: She get on my nerves with her constant skepticism. She should be open minded, at a middle ground -- which was not the case with her. Though sometimes I do agree with her comment that goes in the line of: "The mission is to prove the facts, than personal beliefs". THOUGH I don't believe even if "proven", even if the Devil himself appear in front of her eyes, she would say "There's something weird going on".
Sheyla: The most spiritually mature and level headed person of the group. Very strong in spirit, that I most admire her. It's a shame she didn't continue with the paranormal, because she's very in-tuned with the energies. Instead she continued with her career as an Actress, which makes it more easy because she's also sexy, and soulful.
Phil: Well, I don't need to say lot about him. Great Investigator, great guy. Although he's not in-tuned with the spiritual energies as Sheyla, which made him a Paranormal Investigator with his tech gadgets, on Most Haunted.
Becky: I love her purely because her cute playfulness, which makes the showfun!
Dan: Nothing interesting to say about this guy actually.
Sam: I like him. He's cool. And he's seemingly irritated by Amy's strict skepticism, and challenges her views several times.
