I don't normally feel real empathy and compassion for characters in movies but this is an exception. Benji and his life tore my heart out! The plot, the dialogue, the direction, the editing and particularly the the portrayal by Justin Moore, really tugged at my heartstrings. I found myself wanting to cuddle Benji and tell him that life isn't just what his granny and her boy-toy have shown him. I don't know if I'll watch this again. It really hurt this ol' gramma's heart.
