To my mind the story behind this movie wasn't so bad. I read the other reviews first and it was a bit of a mixed bag so I decided I'd take a punt and hence the middle of the road rating. My advice: ignore the shortcomings of the direction and some of the stuff you shake you head and ask yourself "did they watch that after they made it?" and the movie itself is a good concept. It's refreshing to watch a new story in the horror genre and kudos that a different angle was taken. Having a known name in Sarah Hyland obviously helps, I thought she acted alright, maybe not the greatest script but a step (not a huge one) forward in getting un-typecast. Let the judgement slip through and you might enjoy it.
