Quill is in the late stages of pregnancy, the sorry for her being that the newborn will killed. Corakinus returns to Earth in a vengeful manner, killing the loved ones of those close to Charlie. Ram loses his dad, Tanya loses her mum. Charlie forces Dorothea to help, reluctantly she does. The final showdown looms, Charlie has a tough decision to make. We learn of the higher power that Dorothea answers to.
The series has been a little you and down its fair to say, but it certainly ends on a high, this was exceptional. I'd tired of the Shadow Kin, I thought they appeared too often, but they were used to great effect here, presenting true menace. They certainly came up trump's with this finale, for a Dr Who spin off, it doesn't get much better then this, the Angels were a particularly nice touch.
