The Killing: A Soundless Echo (2011)
Season 1, Episode 4
9/10
So Much Grief; So Much Pain
16 January 2017
This episode is greatly focused on the Larsens and what a family must face at the death of a child. There are scenes at the funeral home where they must pick out a casket and plan the details of the internment. Soon after that, there is a meeting with a priest who says all the bromides. Mitch asks him questions about where God was in all of this. The priest is quiet. We also get to see Sterling develop as a character. Her role in this becomes even more dramatic when it comes to the Cage. The political stuff continues as betrayals begin to take place and maneuvering in the Mayor's race. One question is whether the planned wedding of Sarah will take place. This case is digging ditch that may not be filled. We will see if her guy has the patience to continue with her.
