The Pink Panther strolls by a park and sees children on roller skates. So, he gets the idea that he wants a pair of skates for his own as well. As luck would have it, the panther's fairy godmother appears out of the blue and grants him three wishes. His first wish is a pair of roller skates, which appears and, unfortunately attaches to his feet and automatically moves on its own. So, we have a runaway panther hilariously causing havoc in everywhere he runs into, from the City Park to the City Zoo. He also does a little traffic rerouting and some police dodging. Funny stuff here, not much of a story, but still pretty entertaining.
