Well, maybe not orange in this case but you get my meaning...
I think "Suits" joined the club of those TV series that had a success and the producers don't know what to do with it.
In the first episode of its 6th season the show and the writers just don't know what to do. You get Jessica, Harvey, and even Louis to get high, hanging around at their, now empty, offices, talking nonsenses.
As far as I'm concerned, the writers could also put them in a kitchen, boiling eggs, or just water, and that spectacle would be far more interesting...
And then there is Mike, who realizes the all-time cliché that "this isn't like you see in the movies!" this is the ..."Real" prison. Yet he gets to be part of the ...lamest prison twist in TV-history!
As it seems the Orange/Prison part will be present for the whole season. So we will see Mike get bullied, maybe starving (like in the Pilot of Orange is the new black), injured, maybe even stabbed or something that will make him visit the infirmary and make friend the good doctor there and so on...
I just don't understand the point of this. You watch this series to see Harvey kicking some butts in the courtroom or in private meetings. To see cleverness and larger than life characters. Now the mighty narcissistic lawyers are crying like little doggies with their tail between their legs.
Overall: Oranges? or should I say ...Lemons.
