I liked Glee (the earlier seasons), haven't watched them yet but I've heard good things about American Horror Story and American Crime Story so I thought I'd give this a go first.
I don't think words can describe how crap this was. Oh actually, here's some; this might actually be one of the worst TV shows I've ever watched!
In what sounded like a good story, is just repetitive and boring. Every episode has a murder, everyone suspects everyone else and we might learn a little tidbit about the murders. Rinse, recycle and repeat for 13 episodes!
Having said all that; I don't think it's the actors fault! There are some pretty good people in the cast, including Jamie Lee Curtis who was the main draw card for me, but I think it was just the scripts they were given were horrible.
It felt like they got outlines of these, what would have been good, characters and turned the notch up x1000 making them unlikeable, unfunny and unbearable.
I don't know if it was how I watched it but I found it weird that out of 13 episodes, only episode five had opening credit and then they were gone by episode six.
Aside from the cast, pretty much the only thing I like was a scene where Jamie Lee Curtis recreated the Psycho scene her mother was in 50+ years ago.
I might have given this another shot if it was an anthology series like American Horror Story and American Crime Story but by the sounds of things, Season Two will be a continuation of this story with these characters but set in a different setting.
