Actually a landmark episode, leading into a really superb on-going plot line. However.... the first couple is killed on "Rte 128 outside of Needham" a road I've spent hundreds and hundreds of hours on. And it is NOT a small tree lined back road, it's also the Rte 95 corridor around Boston, a major interstate and a very, sickeningly, profanity provoking busy road. You wouldn't have to worry about 2 flats and a murderer you'd be mowed down in seconds. The Boston accents are horrendous. If you're not an Affleck or a Wahlberg, don't even try, OK? It's like nails on a chalkboard to a Bostonian. The fake cop pulling over the couple? Never have I ever been asked for proof of insurance. Maybe in NY, but they don't ask in Mass. If you're not insured, you're not registered. Many little out of place things like this just totally destroyed my willing suspension of disbelief. I'm sure people from Scottsdale and Chula Vista etc feel the same way when the episode is in their neck of the woods. Thank you for letting me vent.
