A bit of a lighter episode, with all of the Reverse Flash machinations set aside for a focus on Barry and Caitlin getting back out in the dating world (and hints of a possible romance for them in the future). There's some drama with the love to hate him Hartley, but the primary villain is another thinly developed freak of the week. Though she has an interesting power, it's ultimately not used quite as effectively as it could have been.
Thankfully everything else works well, including Barry's Dad discovering he's The Flash, and the lighthearted fun between Barry and Caitlin at a karaoke bar.
