I really did not watch or appreciate computer animation before this show.
There has not been a thoughtful continuation of the Star Wars saga before this show.
Star Wars Rebels is simply excellent. This particular episode is just another example of the wonderful stories, the vivid characters, the superb production and effects. I sense a source of pride in all phases of the creative work.
The theme of 'Rebels'is just terrific. For the first time we truly get to see a young Jedi learn his craft, battle with his mystical and internal forces, make friends, and deal with enemies. This is what Phantom Menace should have been about.
I do believe when completed, Star Wars Rebels will have done more for the Star Wars legacy that any other production, including the movies.
