This is seriously bad. Kids will actually be dumber if they watch it, which they should never ever do.
The concept is good, and it is easy to see why is was given a green light, but the execution is so horrible. The writing is about as bad as it could be, but the annoying over-the-top delivery of these lines is too much for anyone to bear.
A tip for the director: make the actor watch a few episodes of Sesame Street. The adults there who act with puppets seem ... Human. It's easy. Don't sing-song-shout every word you say and present them with grand gestures.
