Another great Med episode, although, I am a little lost on the tea story line. I figure it will play itself out in the future.

As for those reviewers complaining about the Mito story line, I think you missed the point. There was one doctor who was dismissive of Mito, but he was also the doctor who wanted to perform a muscle biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. Muscle biopsy has been the standard for testing although other options are considered valid.

The whole point of this story line was that the dad was diagnosing his daughter's symptoms based off of information he was investigating on the internet and that her symptoms were most like a behavioral change to deal with her father's grief due to his wife's dying of cancer.

I appreciate all of the challenges families dealing with Mito have to face, but it appears you are taking an opportunity to highlight your cause based on a misrepresentation of this episode's story line. More people are aware of Mito now because of this show. You should be happy about that as awareness generally helps a cause. However, it was very disingenuous of all of the reviewers to misrepresent the story.

Loved episode 8. Keep it up Chicago Med.
