A splendid movie, indeed it is . It is about Mr.Sherlock Holmes revisiting his last case and yet his memory forbids him to remember properly.
A very well scripted film it is. Director Bill Condon did a very good job in it. Top notches to Sir Ian Mckellen for his outstanding, witty, humorous acting ! No one else can play this role of Sherlock Holmes better than him. Milo Parker, a promising child actor, did a fairly good job in portraying as Roger and Laura Linney poses as his mother. The scenery was beautiful though.
I was under the impression the film will not be a great film. On the contrary, it was great. I would suggest the audience to thoroughly understand the plot of the film. It wouldn't be like Robert Downey's Sherlock or Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock, rather it a bit slow- paced . Yet, it managed to keep me filled with suspense and yes, humor6 !
