Better than the first one, but not a big deal. They did not think too much in a deep storyline that's obvious, it's a story too simple, but who cares? It's Dragon Ball.
Blood? Nope, just a few scratches that leave marks, and Goku spit some blood near the end, that's all.
Fight? Fortunately it has (Thank's God!)
Effects? Some stood out from the others, but it's nothing that has not already been seen in hundreds of other animes.
Humor? Unfortunately it has, fortunately not as much as the first movie.
