Nothing exceptional here, the usual but so efficient noir atmosphere, the one as I search in such topics. Ambition, corruption, brutality to achieve goals no matter the means...I will never get tired of this. You have here a crusading deputy district attorney who suddenly resigns his job for joining the law firm reputed head of the local bookmaking operation. Lead by the tremendous Eduardo Ciannelli. Our usual lead the columnist Stephen Mc Nally has not a great part here; at lest not as much as in the other episodes. Good story, but not the best till now. I'll continue nevertheless, till the very end of this show.
