80's Ending (2003)
4/10
Not-so-funny parody
22 June 2015
Warning: Spoilers
First of all, let me say that this is credited here with 9 minutes, but the version I watches was only 5-6 minutes long, so either there are several versions or the 9 minutes are incorrect. Basically, during these 5 minutes it was a parody of how supposedly all 80s movies ended, which is happy. All guys get their girls, people realize to act morally and stop cooperating with the evil and greedy guys and even professionally they get successful. I am a bit surprised the only other review gave this a perfect 10. I can only think he is biased as he (or somebody close to him) worked on this film. I personally felt it started uninteresting, got a bit funny in the middle part and ended on a low note again. Not worth a watch really and writer and director Douglas Jordan can only dream of the success and talent that many 80s movies and their filmmakers possessed. Not recommended.
