The Stakes Are Higher!
28 April 2015
Warning: Spoilers
This is the second episode of the first season of 24. Already in the second episode, we have a feeling like this is the finale, although it's not. The stakes have been risen higher and the tension is insurmountable. We finally get some good action scenes and in that regard, the show does not disappoint. We already have some important deaths and a big twist, which is preposterous with only two episodes in. This seems to be the theme of the show, but I will say that is excellent.

In this episode, "1:00 a.m-2:00 a.m," Jack learns of a mole on the inside and to pick up the mole's identity, Jack must help his superior fight off some people after their lives. Meanwhile, a photographer id was stolen aboard an exploded plane, which the terrorists will use to carry out their plans. Jack's wife goes out on a search to her daughter.

Overall, a very tense, action-packed episode. The story lines continue to build in strength, although I feel the daughter's storyline does not come off as strong. But I loved the ending, and I wonder how that will play out in forthcoming episodes.
