Summary The anime revolves around a kid named kiyo (Japanese name- Kiyomaro) who has a iq over 180. He is shown to even outsmart the teachers in the class and to underestimate everyone around him thinking of them as useless beings. But he changes gradually as he battles with zatchbell (gash- Japanese name). zatch was sent to kiyo by his father who is a professor in London when he found zatch (nickname of zatchbell) lying unconscious in an forest. From that time zatch lives with kiyo as kiyo helps him to become the king of momodo world.
plot Momodos are demons who come to human world after every 1000 years. Each momodo has a spell book which is to be used by a human to use the momodo power. The book is triggered by the emotions that a human has while reading the spell in the book. The spells are attained by an momodo gradually over time. If the book of an momodo is burned in any battle, the momodo has to return to momodo world and it's journey towards becoming momodo king comes to an end. there a a total of 100 momodos that come to the human world
