Hagee is sincere about Jews, but sincerely wrong about Tetrad & Joel 2:31
24 March 2015
Interesting docudrama, highlights the hand of God within Israel, and the Jewish people. Proves Bible prophecy of the restoration of the land of Israel belonging to the Jewish people took place in 1948. Good that they gave a platform to both scientists, historians, journalists Rabbis and Christian Pastors. However, the information Pastor Hagee tries to get across is grossly in error. He is trying to match blood moon Tetrads with events that involve the Jews. He's off on 2 of 3 examples he gives. While he says that bloods moons are astronomy and not astrology, what he is doing in fact is the very definition of astrology, which is to take astronomical events and apply them to human events and use these events as predictions. Hagee is trying to match this blood moon Tetrad (2014-2015) to bible prophecy.

As far as the panel discussion which follows the film, which I highly recommend listening to, the scientist wins the debate hands down. His understanding of both science and bible prophecy outshines Hagee's fundamentalism and irrational fears.

This blood moon hype is just that, more hype & sensationalism than substance. It's Astrology, pure and simple. If you're into that, then go see this film. While Hagee has a heart for the Jewish People, and he is sincere, he is however, sincerely wrong about matching this Tetrad with Joel 2:31.
