Hey! Great show idea and show however...why do you have that rude, abusive to everything guy working for you? At best I would set him in a corner sorting junk! You seam like a great guy and fair employer and he makes it difficult to watch the show. I know this is a TV show and a lot of it is most likely scripted. If that is just a bad part he is playing I would ask producers to reconsider. He needs to gain some respect for you and what he does or be replaced. I'm sure there are loads of strong hard working guys that would love that job and be pleasant to work with. A side from him I'd give your show a 10. Keep up the good work, Mary B.
