More zippy Ninja cut N' paste lunacy from Godfrey Ho
23 January 2014
'Ninja in Action' (1987) is yet more righteously unhinged Ninja cut N' paste lunacy from Godfrey Ho, starring stolid Ho regular, Stuart Smith along with the truly delicious-sounding, Kent Poon! Godfrey Ho / Joseph Lai "films" definitely fall comfortably into the love 'am or hate 'em category, I myself have always found them to be both maddeningly absurd and wildly amusing in equal measure! It's interesting to note that ALL the Caucasian actors hired for these gleefully gonzoid, outrageously opportunist works have absolutely no visible acting prowess or discernible charisma, which is why I find them so freakishly addictive; and it must be duly noted that Stuart Smith is unequivocally the ultimate no-talent pugilist and his lugubriously understated, slow-poke martial arts technique is truly something majestic to behold!
