Jack arranges for Tracy to be on Conan, but at that time Tracy's mental issues return because he didn't take his medicine so Liz has to deal with that while having other problems around.
This episode is definitely a perfection. Besides the main story there are several small ones that all go along perfectly. Tina Fey was nominated for an Emmy for this episode and it was very well deserved.
Tracy is great on this show. His issues are hilariously done and acted.
And all the small sub stories are great, such as the wig, "the rural juror" and Jack interrupting Liz so she can help him with his line. The moment we find out that even is not happening for the next several months and his response to why he is wearing a tux: "It is after 6! What am I, a farmer?" was hilarious.
I also loved the end scene with Kenneth on Conan O'Brien's set
