Very bad Sliders episode. Full of vampire clichés, which have nothing to do with the Sliders "spirit". They're supposed to fear the day but some are seen during the day, so there isn't even any internal coherence.
The Rickman storyline is shambling painfully in between the cracks of that story.
Characters also behave against all logic at times (spoilers) : Quinn when he refuses to accompany the band because he wants to talk to Wade, Rem and Beckett when they don't hurry up after digging (and spending the time to fill up again) the grave, and say some words for the dead (if he's buried he already got some).
Long story short : bad plot, bad dialogs, bad story.
