Person of Interest: Reasonable Doubt (2013)
Season 3, Episode 4
1/10
The episode needed more work.

One can't tell from the outside whether this was poor writing or poor direction. The storyline was unbelievable and improbable, on multiple levels. The show continues to drop action or episodes into the mix that do not move the primary plot lines forward, or forward with any real pace. The show seems to be trying to develop additional characters with an eye to developing additional story lines. The show does not need additional story lines. It needs progress on the mainline that can be used to develop characterization on or with the minor characters. If you're going to have a character, get them to do something. Get the dog to do something. Cute and cuddly is not enough.
