This was the best episode so far. Leaning more on philosophy rather than action (bar the comedy fight at the end). We see a machine - Catherine Weaver - observing and practising a little humanity and humility as she tries to attend to her foster duties with the help of a psychiatrist.
Dr Sherman is on the Connors' person of interest list. So they do a little reconnaissance in the guise of family therapy, only to discover they have a few issues of their own.
Looks as if Derek is to finally get a little more of his own story time as new character Jesse arrives from the future. What's her mission?
