This entire season has been a complete train wreck. Billith, Sarah Newlin, the Governor, The Wolf Pack... all just terrible. The only redeeming quality to this show is Anna Paquin and Alexander Skarsgard's acting. Both are terrific actors and I am shocked that they are still continuing on with the show.
I have to DIScredit the writers this season. Awful plots, awful scripts, and way too predictable. And you can clearly see what is going to happen in season 7. Bill will end up with Sookie, and Pam will rescue Eric and bring him underground just in time before he dies. Although, I wouldn't blame Alexander Skarsgard if he decides to keep the character killed off. Walk away now before it gets any worse!
I actually really enjoyed the first 4 seasons of True Blood. However, when they started to introduce the fairy world, and continue on with the Werewolf story line and all the other supernatural characters, I feel that the show just got way too busy. Tara as a vampire hasn't worked for me either. I liked her character better when she was in control. Now I feel she's only in control to a point, since Pam is her maker.
I will probably watch the series finale and perhaps a couple shows leading up to the finale, but it's gotten too campy and over the top for me to stick with it next season. Take away the nudity and cursing and it really could be a show on the CW.
