I've heard a lot of complaints about the fourth season, mainly because nobody expected the show to maintain the same level of quality since Dan Harmon left the party. Although this season had a few lesser episodes, Heroic Origins, to me, was one of the best episodes so far, second only to Advanced Dungeons and Dragons in season two. Everything wrapped up together so beautifully, it blew me away. I was sad to hear Dan Harmon's reaction to this season, it was like he gave his child up for adoption and got mad because they did a fantastic job picking up where he left off. This episode was wonderful, it explains how the group was bound to meet eventually, how their lives were connected and I watched every minute of it with absolute joy. I'd very much recommend watching it.
