One population is infected by some virus that makes them becoming some kind of cavemen, The Touched called. The Untouched doesn't know what is going on until SG-1 arrives on their planet. Searching for goa'uld threat and not find they decide not to help the planet and return through the stargate to earth. Not knowing that they carry the virus they slowly are turning into cavemen.
Carter got infected and is out for lust with Jack. It's the first time that we do see Carter in a sexy outfit and actually kissing Jack. But Jack takes the main lead in this êpisode once he also becomes a caveman. The only two not infected are David and Teal'c so they need to go back to the planet to have a blood sample to find a cure.
Here I did get a smile on my face because Carter as a lust object steps out of her role as did Jack looking like a madman in his cell. But it all worked out fine. Again easy to spot it's a low budget series.
