My comment may result in disclosure of information in the story told by this film. This film portrays reality. The actors come from the area shown. We know people who have been to the type of area portrayed and know how people there must live with fear for their lives. This talented director spent a year in writing and production to show that an act of kindness can result in better understanding, even if the act comes from strangers who can barely communicate with those they try to help. Perhaps some reviewers do not support that idea. Everyone should see this film and reflect on the message in it. This is the first time I have ever commented on a film but this one is so important I could not stay silent.
