I saw this movie at a screening and, frankly, I got much more than I was expecting. Though obviously a low budget movie (I would guess between 200k to 300k) It definitely does not skimp on style and action. The tone and the setting of the film make the story simultaneously fun and offbeat yet also creepingly ominous at all the right times. A cast of talented young women deliver memorable performances complimented by a couple very novel guest stars. The acting in the movie was overall much more than you come to expect from a slasher flick.
All in all I thought this movie was a great, over-the-top thriller. I can't wait to see what these guys come out with next. I can only imagine what they could do with a real budget.
