Haley is going back to work while Cameron is in overalls. Claire goes to the field that she wants to turn into a baseball field which Cameron thinks an be redone. Gloria is using a microphone to talk to her baby but Jay does not see it as a good plan. Claire and Cameron get involved with looking for a house to buy. Claire and Cameron bring their partners into flipping a house but Mitchell does not want to be involved with the plan. Phil tells Mitchell he does not want to do it also telling Claire and Cameron he does want to the house. When Mitchell wants to tell Claire Phil uses something he knows about Mitchell to keep him quiet. Jay does not like the sound of Gloria singing all the time so he decides to sing for the baby. Claire is sad that since she has been not getting jobs this house was her chance. Cameron then comes home able to convince Mitchell to change his mind so he has leverage over Phil. The drama starts leading Mitchell and Phil to fight. Somehow Claire gets the texts the two send each other so they two are found out for not wanting to buy the house. Jay and Gloria fight over what to say to the baby because she believes her singing is the best thing. Mitchell and Phil see the baseball pitch and are amazed by how it was transformed. Everyone forgives each other so they four decide to buy the house until Jay calls it a horrible idea. The guys buy the house and no one knows what could go wrong. At the baseball game Gloria decides to try sing the national anthem but she sounds awful as usual. Funny episode involving Gloria singing.
