After seeing the spectacular beginning of the fourth season of "Regular Show" I had very high expectations about the future episodes of this series. Maybe too high.
Without being bad (As other episodes where Muscle Man had an important role in the plot) this was a little disappointing. But I'm going to give this season the benefit of the doubt. Maybe, unlike the Third Season (Which started with the strong stuff, and then it turned weaker) this new season will start with the average episodes and it will left the best for the end. Also, the addition of this new character, Thomas the goat, seems like a good sign. I just hope that he doesn't turn into another sidekick for Muscle Man (There is already High Five Ghost to fit that role) Even when "Starter Pack" wasn't as great as the previous episode (Exit 9B) and despite the fact that it had a very predictable resolution, it was still watchable and moderately entertaining.
