Cindy Bear is more commonly known for being pink, as she was in Laff-A-Lympics. I think some other depictions of her have been light brown.
In this appearance, possibly her first, she is a blue shade and she appears to be a bit more of a female yogi than the smaller features she sported later on.
So she is now a circus bear and Yogi has run away to join the circus and be with her, but she has snubbed him. I believe this is how it all played out (generally it did).
But one amusing moment does stand out. Yogi has gone thru all the usual circus antics, I'm sure, shot from the cannon, chased by the lion, on the tightrope, and he falls thru the round net and breaks thru to the ground below.
NOW Cindy is impressed. "Oh, Yogi. You were wonderful," she says in that suh-thuhn drawl of hers.
Unblinking, Yogi goes right back at her. "Oh, Yogi, You were wonderful. -- I COULD'A BEEN KILLED!"
Cindy wasn't worth all that. He returned to the park.
