I am not a big fan of Hindi movies.In fact i might not have seen more than three or four Hindi movies in the last three years.
So when someone told me this was a bold movie with shades of basic instinct i thought what the hell!,not that many great Hollywood flicks coming our way anyway.
The good thing about lowering your expectations is that anything sinks, still it took me two attempts to watch this movie completely.
The first time around i walked out after 25 minutes.I may not be on he board of directors of any company but still the way contracts worth millions was being handed out, among other things; made me think that this was going to be another torture.
I got a chance to watch it again and as i forced through it, i could see flashes of breathers here and there.Schemes and counter schemes somehow appealed to me.
There were many flaws technically.Though i am just a lay person who likes to watch movies,even i could make out certain editing errors or changes in shots that just did not seem right.
The good thing is that there is a very deliberate attempt to keep the pace of the movie fast and avoiding too many details.While this for me at the beginning of the movie was a turn off it started boding well as the movie progressed.
The end of the movie seemed to be forced, as if to prove some kind of point in morality. All in all if you have time on your hands and you consider this heroine sexy may be you can risk it.
