Thank God - for bringing back Thirteen & hence giving us a meaningful episode in the so far mediocre 7th season. I'm happy that we're completely distracted from House's juvenile antics at the hospital (hopefully to never return or at least in much smaller doses) and get reintroduced to my personal favorite supporting character. It does a lot for the synergy of the cast to have a truly interesting female character on the show - since Martha has been nothing but an annoyance and Cuddy ditching House out of nowhere (even though he's been trying hard in my opinion).
The reason for her absence was shocking and touching. I was glad to see House actually connect with someone else (especially after the recent breakup with Cuddy). Even though he's an emotional klutz he had one of his best moments in the whole whopping series when he said "I'll kill you - when the time comes...".
I won't get my hopes up too high for a quick recovery of House but at the very least I expect the beginning of the healing process now. Two wounded people helping each other back on their feet was an excellent formula for this episode - hats off.
