Community at its best
9 June 2011
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of my favorite, and since is nothing 'special', like holidays or paintball episodes, it shows clearly why Community is one of the best TV shows in air. Doing what they do best, they make a parody. This time, conspiracy theories are the theme. There's also a very amusing sub-plot for Troy and Abed, that shows how surreal the show is; they start to build a fort with sheets, and they end up with a whole city. It provides great moments, like Britta's, huh, 'special place' and the Independency Parade. In the end of the episode, we see the whole thing collapses. Oh, well. Too bad. I'd live there. But it can beat Jeff and Annie's story. Jeff tries to score some extra credit, so he creates a fake class. Since in Greendale nothing is easy, after Annie and The Dean try to get the truth out of him, the professor appears. You'd think Jeff was telling the truth for once, but he admits that he made the class up. So, who's that guy? So, after a bit of investigation (that includes a brilliant scene of a little car blowing up in several angles), they discover the truth. I'm not getting any further, because it sucks out all of the fun. Just know that I was like the Dean at the end: "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!"
