Human Target: Rewind (2010)
Season 1, Episode 2

Warning: Spoilers
The second episode was not on par with the first, sadly. In order for a series to be broken in properly, it is vital in my opinion that its second installment be something special. Here, however, there is mainly a sense of wasted opportunities. The episode was not awful, certainly; it had shades of Passenger 57 which was fun, but the disappointing part again related to the death of the bad guy (or rather, girl). Here we have a messed-up terrorist/hit-woman or whatever, being on the verge of changing her life. Chance senses a kindred spirit, and he offers her the same way out that was once offered to him. He asks her to come work for him. Just the kind of thing she needs. Yes, yes, yes, I was thinking, go for it! Show mercy and forgiveness and start her on a new journey to reform her life and make amends for the error of her past ways. But nah. She just plummets to her death.

Courtney Ford is hot as hell. She would have been fantastic as Chance's regular bad-girl sidekick. She would be a really good addition to an already pretty good show. Why did the producers have to tease us with THAT and then just pull out the carpet under our feet? NOT cool, people! Oh well, for all I know she was wearing a parachute and will be back. Here's hopin'.
