This movie is peppered all the way through with torturously overly simplistic, inane, moralistic dialogue. If you decide to sit through this film, it is your own mistake for having faith in a well-advertised but falsely-marketed film.
I'm not sure how anyone could say that this film is "isn't pushy at all" because, frankly, anyone who's seen it would agree that it is.
Bobby says that he is a man of god.
He is happier because he knows who he is.
I am very unhappy.
But then maybe my unhappiness is a sign that god is giving me a chance, warning me about the hell i face if i persist in my heathen, agnostic ways.

I'm just unhappy because I've wasted a part of my life watching a terrible movie that had a promising trailer that misled me into believing that Bringing Up Bobby might at least be entertaining and not preachy, despite its Christian origins.
