Sin City (2005)
10/10
Without a doubt, my favorite Robert Rodriguez film of all time

"Sin City" is a Robert Rodriguez/Frank Miller-directed film based on the graphic novel by Frank Miller about a series of stories involving a police officer with a weak heart searching for a little girl he saved from a rapist years ago, a man bent on revenge after his girlfriend gets killed, a group of girls who are bad-ass, and dozens more.

This is an awesome movie, and as the title so aptly puts, without a doubt is my favorite Robert Rodriguez film of all time. It's just so well made, plus the graphics are amazing. But beyond that, the stories involved are great. I don't think there will ever be a movie quite like this movie. Also, it's one of the few movies where Jessica Alba does a good job. I think she's really good as Nancy, the girl saved by the police officer, which is played by Bruce Willis, who's great. But I would have to say that the best actor out of all of them is Mickey Rourke. He's just fabulous in the movie. I'm surprised he either didn't get nominated or if he did, didn't win the Oscar for this. He should have. He was awesome.

To end, don't see this with your kids. See it first, and then wait until they're much older to see it for themselves. But see it, nonetheless.
