I saw it several years ago. It is still somewhere in my library and my souvenir about this film is rather an effective one. A fairly downbeat story, very sad. Adapted from a Frederic Fajardie's novel, the characters and many details have changed from the book, but the "soul" of the novel is respected. And that's the most important for me.
I don't really know the actors, except the great Nicolas Silberg, an actor from the theatre scene, or TV movies and episodes - during the 70's mainly. And he was also a very impressive Jacques Mesrine in the movie about the public enemy number one, in 1983. Same face, same built, but not the same voice...
Back to SNIPER, I don't think you'll be able to catch it again, but it's a good TV movie.
