A guy supposedly enforcing the law in the USA then goes out of the country, kills some guy and goes back as if nothing had happened? And all of his friends, co-workers are OK with that??? How many times has Caine talked somebody out from doing justice by their own hand?? And how the hell did Delko and Caine walk into the favelas as if they were walking in the park? They shouldn't have been able to walk two steps into one of those slums without being violated, mugged and kidnapped... And finally, they go to the capo's stronghold (God knows how did they get there) and the guy decides to fight them (alone!!!!) with switchblades? The least those gangster types carry are Uzis and AKs... And where were the henchmen?
