1 out of 10 might be a bit harsh considering this movie was not as bad as the kind that leaves you hating the world and humanity as a whole... but rather, you're left indifferent.. which in my opinion is actually worse! Basically, this movie has the same effect as watching static for 82 minutes, it's a complete waste of time, it does not encourage the slightest brain activity...
As for the acting, script, production etc, all I can say is that the 'quality' of this film is consistent, it's bad! It's also important to mention that I actually enjoy the occasional B movie, but this one had nothing to offer, it evokes no emotions!
